Rising bollards/modal filter - having been closed for a full ten years for Crossrail construction work, access on the southwestern side of Paddington station has been opened up again.

Modal filter on the ramp to/from the Crossrail (Elizabeth Line) station at Paddington - those aren't Sheffield stands to the left, they're just to keep the doors clear.
