The temporary segregation at the south end of Kelvin Way has temporarily been removed for COP26, and although the fences have now been removed from around the Kelvingrove Art Gallery, the segregation has not yet been replaced. The 'Road Closed' sign gives no indication that the road is open for walking and cycling.
