Photo #175851

[UPDATE: See #175852 for a reply from the company.] [Image taken 13.11.21] New Lane, junction with Malton Road, York. The driver of this AO ( vehicle is completely obstructing the ASL. And if he does it here, he will likely do it at other places, too. When I stopped to take a photo, He shouted, What’s the problem? He drives. He therefore has a responsibility to all road users to keep up to date with changes to the road infrastructure including signage. He drivers for a living. This makes him a professional and therefore he has a responsibility to all road users to keep up to date with rules governing Highway Code. I believe his company has a duty to ensure everyone who works for them, who drives as part of their role, knows the rules of the road, complies with them and respects other road users.
