This is confusing as the ACTUAL route 51 comes towards the camera and the route to Sproughton and Bramford is actually a link route to NCN1.
UPDATE:
This "cycle" path goes towards Sproughton for about 1/2 a mile before an "End of cycle route" sign appears in the middle of the path. The reason, A bridge with narrow and steep steps, up then down, is located a few meteres from the sign. The only way a bike would get through would be to carry it over, this would be difficult as it is extremely narrow.
Since then this sign has been taped over and possibly removed. Turns out it never was NCN51.
