A lorry parked on the cyclepath/footpath in the layby on the A10 near the M11. Note that the layby is well wide enough for a lorry and there is absolutely no need to be on the cyclepath. This blockage forces cyclist/pedestrians to walk along the outside of the lorry against the traffic on the main road!
