Poor quality cycle parking. However this is not a public access area so may be less of an issue.

I comute by train to Paddington and keep a bicycle at the station. It takes me 5-10 minutes every evening to find parking as there is at least 2-4 bikes per rack. We desperately need more racks. Thanks

I regularly visit this area outside the blood donor centre and it often takes about 5 minutes to find bike parking. There are a few stands but not enough for the volume of visitors to the area
