Cycle parking at the Royal Academy - they don't want bikes on the railings, but don't mind lots of rather ugly signs.

Marlborough Road - closed to traffic on Sunday mornings. Cyclists can go through the parking area on the north side of The Mall to link to the cycle route along Constitution Hill.

The Mall - closed to vehicles on Sundays (though they don't bother to switch the traffic lights off). Cyclists are tolerated, or can go through the car park on the north side of the road.
