Reserved for cycles. This is the cycle parking area on the first floor or the multi storey car park at St. Pancras. This appears to be a useful rack for bike locks.
Camden cycling campaign didn't get an easy ride, they had to mount a protest to get these racks. This is the first floor of a multi storey, behind St. Pancras. Other signs moan that bikes should not be ridden in the car park.
